Camp War Eagle
Camp War Eagle is a Christian, sports, adventure and recreation summer camp for boys and girls ages 7 to 17 from Benton, Washington, Carroll and Madison counties in Northwest Arkansas. Located on the shores of beautiful Beaver Lake, Camp War Eagle is the place for children from Northwest Arkansas to have the time of their lives and gain a greater appreciation for God, themselves and others. Camp War Eagle has over 70 different activities - just about anything a child would dream of doing during the summer! Some of the activities that the campers may choose are: swimming, archery, basketball, volleyball, horsemanship, skateboarding, hip-hop dance, cheerleading, pottery, wakeboarding, sailing, water slides, stained glass, riflery, nature study and conservation, woodworking, candle making, ropes course, rock climbing and many, many more.
Camp War Eagle is the joint effort of the Walton Family Foundation and Incomparable Camp Ozark. Through the generosity of the Walton Family Foundation and the vision of Alice Walton, most Camp War Eagle campers' fees will be paid in advance. Camp War Eagle campers earn their place at Camp based on several factors such as performance in school and service in the community.
